The Training Within Industry (TWI) training course develops frontline supervisors and trainers with practical skills to instruct work, improve methods, and build effective workplace relationships. Based on the proven TWI framework, this program focuses on Job Instruction (JI), Job Methods (JM), and Job Relations (JR) to strengthen workforce capability and standardise operational performance.
