STRATEGIC THINKING
workshop

Connecting vision to execution.

Description

In an age of complexity and constant change, organizations need leaders who can connect insight to strategy — not just think critically, but think strategically.

This Strategic Thinking course expands the Critical Thinking 4-Lens Model into a fifth dimension — enabling participants to anticipate trends, align resources, and make sound strategic choices that drive long-term value creation.

Drawing from Hoshin Kanri, A3 Strategic Thinking, and Strategy Frameworks, this program equips leaders to translate vision into focused, actionable plans. It can be delivered as a stand-alone 1-day workshop or as a complementary add-on module to the Critical Thinking for Problem Solving course.
