A3 Problem solving workshop
Think Deeply. Solve Systematically. Communicate Clearly.
Description
The A3 Problem Solving method is a hallmark of Lean thinking, developed and refined by Toyota to foster logical, structured, and visual thinking. It serves not only as a problem-solving tool but also as a communication and coaching tool that promotes organizational learning and collaboration.
This course introduces the A3 methodology as a disciplined, PDCA-based approach that guides teams through understanding problems, identifying root causes, designing effective countermeasures, and tracking results.
