Lean Project for a Global Container Shipping Company: Application of Lean methods and tools, including value stream mapping and the PDCA problem solving process resulted in annual cost savings of over US$2 million. 

Value Stream Mapping Project for a Global Semiconductor Manufacturing Company: Discovery of waste in the Assembly, Test and Module departments exposed over US$1 million of cost savings opportunity.

Lean Training & Consulting for a Government Ministry: Delivery of Lean Thinking workshops to Permanent Secretary, Directors, Managers and frontline staff and consultancy guidance on application of Lean methods to improve work areas and processes.

Benchmarking Project involving three Global Semiconductor Manufacturing Companies: TPM and OEE benchmarking of selected Test machines enabled semiconductor companies in Singapore and Philippines to share and learn best practices from each other.
