ISO 22000:2018 (FSMS) Awareness Training


ISO 22000:2018 is a globally recognized standard for Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS). This recently updated standard replaces the old ISO 22000:2005 and sets out the requirements for organizations to establish and maintain a food safety management system. By complying with ISO 22000:2018, organizations can demonstrate their ability to control food safety hazards and ensure that food is safe for consumption.

ISO 22000:2018 applies to organizations of all sizes and sectors within the food and feed industries. ISO 22000:2018 includes improvements to definitions, aligning with Codex Alimentarius, and introduces a new understanding of the concept of risk, differentiating between risk at the operational and strategic levels of a management system.
