TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE (TPM)

workshop

Building the Foundation for Manufacturing Excellence.

Description

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a powerful Lean Manufacturing methodology that focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of equipment to achieve zero defects, zero breakdowns and zero accidents. This two-day workshop, facilitated by our JIPM-certified TPM consultant, will equip you with the knowledge and skills to implement TPM in your organization.

The goal of TPM is to increase labor and capital productivity while enhancing employee morale and job satisfaction. TPM brings equipment management into focus as an essential and vitally important part of the business. It is a company-wide initiative that targets all levels of the organization.

In this workshop, you will learn the TPM management philosophy as the foundation for Lean transformation and the eight pillars of TPM activities. You will discover how to set up a TPM implementation organization and follow a step-by-step TPM implementation approach. Additionally, you will be introduced to essential TPM team tools such as activity boards and one-point lessons. You will also learn how to recognize the six significant equipment losses to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to apply TPM to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve equipment reliability.
