Lean Thinking

Introduction

Lean (a.k.a. TPS – Toyota Production System) is an organization-wide continuous improvement initiative that is gaining popularity in the manufacturing, process and service industries today. 

This workshop is designed to create general awareness on Lean concepts and principles, enable participants to identify waste, and equip them with basic Lean techniques and tools to improve work processes and eliminate waste in the workplace. 

In addition, you will learn how Lean principles, methods and tools can be applied to create stable processes and mistake-proof operations so as to significantly improve productivity and increase value to customers.  As a manager, you will gain a deeper insight into your role as a Lean Manager and creating the right conditions to start and sustain a successful Lean program.

  • Facilitated by our Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, this one-day workshop is specially tailored for senior executives, managers, project champions or project sponsors who are interested in getting a “big picture” perspective of Lean before embarking on the detailed planning and implementation.
