Lean Practitioner



Description
The Lean Practitioner workshop is designed to build on the Lean concepts and principles to equip participants with specialized skill-sets to identify value streams, assess opportunities and lead/participate in a Lean/Kaizen project to eliminate waste.
Recommended Audience

Facilitated by our Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Management Consultant (Japan), this one-day workshop is specially tailored for managers, engineers and staff who are required to lead or participate in Lean/Kaizen improvement projects.
